I have been reading your posts for the past year and a half, when my own journey started. Your entries have been immensely helpful and a guiding light amidst all the confusing content online. Thank you so much for your kindness!
I must admit that I have been experiencing great fear over my connection lately. It’s not even a fear that my counterpart might never come back. If he doesn’t, I know it’s because there is another plan for me. It’s more a fear that I’ll never stop feeling these triggers and waves of pain, which I have no control over. I feel a sense of urgency especially as he advances deeply in another partnership (one he rushed into right after we connected and which became very serious, very fast).
I desperately want to move on, feel whole, be healed and I wish him all the happiness in the world. I just wish I could be allowed to move on too.
Am I doomed to feel this way forever? I see so many testimonies online and it’s heartbreaking to see people spending lifetimes waiting for someone who will never come back.
I feel like my denial of the connection is mostly because I am so tired of the pain. It’s been relentless for so long.

I understand what you are saying and why people are in denial. You aren’t meant to live in pain forever. You are meant to learn to love without expectation. The way to do that is to love through the heart without interference from the mind. That is why I created this video. When you try to resist the twin, they don’t go away, it only gets stronger. It’s better to accept the love is there but release the need for the person to act on it. To do otherwise is not real love, it’s conditional love. Conditional love is easy, unconditional love is not. When you block your heart to your twin, or to God or to anyone else, you are creating limitations within yourself that block many aspects of your life, including relationships and creativity. You feel it has punishment but it’s really a blessing to be free from the constraints of fear and just allow love in. I will post more on this soon.

I was convinced I was already in unconditional love if I let my counterpart go without bitterness, but I guess it also means allowing the pain to come and do its work on me.
It’s really hard when it seems unbearable, but there is no way around it, is there?
